Reporting infringement
Send a notice to support@slingdrop.my with the subject "Copyright notice", including: the work you believe is infringed; the Slingdrop link(s) to the material; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We'll remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who shared it. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, reply to our notice with: identification of the material and its former link; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are (or where we are, if you're outside it); and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they've filed a court action.
